Suddenly #1 was the #1 Sunday Pine Avenue Attraction
Pedestrians and drivers cruisin down Pine could not resist stretching their necks and tuning their ears to the soulful sounds eminating out of Exhibit A this past Sunday.
For starters, there was the bass thumpin tribute to soul singer Darondo (Let My People Go) bouncin off the walls while TinderBox visual artist Margie painted aqua boogie'n squids on her canvas. Later there was some signifyin harp playin and guitar strummin by none other than local harmonica player Soul Blue.
There were also the oral vibrations from the rebel Isaac Sundiata, bringin it for the love of Long Beach Impacc, aw suky suky Lethia Cobbs, the lovely Carolyn Price and mister Pablo Mathis who had this critically essential public service announcement to share:
Magnums are the key to the kitty factory.
Til next time and all the time, be well on your journey. Hopefully yours will bring you to next week's edition of Suddenly.
